Information Collection and Use

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We do not ask you to provide traditional contact details (such as your name, postal address, email, or phone number) to use the Application. If you contact us voluntarily (e.g., by email), we will receive and use that personal data only to respond to your inquiry.
The Application and its integrated third-party SDKs may automatically collect certain information when you download and use it, including (as applicable):
your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address);
in-app pages you visit, timestamps, session duration;
time spent in the Application;
device and OS information (device model, OS version).
The Application does not collect precise location data.
Advertising ID and device identifiers are used for advertising and measurement. Users can limit ad personalization or reset their Advertising ID in the device settings.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies”. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Third-Party Access and Partners
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the Application (e.g., advertising, analytics, crash reporting).
Where we share reporting or metrics externally, we do so in aggregated (statistically summarized) and de-identified/anonymized form (with direct identifiers removed and not reasonably linkable back to a person). We do not sell users’ personal data. We do not share data with third parties unrelated to our Services.
Third-party services used by the Application may include (as applicable):
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to collect technical data about app crashes and stability issues. When a crash or unhandled error occurs, the following information is sent directly from your device to Firebase.
- CAS.AI (advertising/mediation)
Each third-party provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Links to Other Sites
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device or the app marketplace. You can also limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID in the device settings.
Data Retention
We retain non-confidential user data for the duration of your use of the Application. Data may be deleted upon your request or due to technical reasons (e.g., storage rotation, system maintenance). Retention periods for analytics and crash data may also depend on the settings of our third-party SDKs and partners.
Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete data you have provided via the Application or via direct contact, please email us at strmsupport@gmail.com. We will respond to requests for access or deletion within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information we process and maintain, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and procedural safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Changes
Revision to the Privacy Policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion, so review it periodically. If you continue to visit this Website or use our Services after such changes have been made, you hereby provide your consent to the changes. Application may send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device.
